1 out of 5 stars Crapped out after about two months   September 7, 2010
BryGuy70
At first, the iM414 seemed like a pretty good investment. The sound quality was remarkably good for a small player. Sure, it was a little quirky. Like some of the other reviewers I found I had to wiggle my Zune 30 gb, take it off the stand, then jam it back down, cycle through the settings, etc. to get it to work.

I was more or less okay with that because it was a low-cost investment. But then, one day, after working just fine for about two months, the darn thing wouldn't turn on. The Zune shows a charge while in the stand, but the LED light won't come on and no sound comes out. (Yes, I've checked to make sure it's plugged in; I've tried running it on batteries, too, to see if it's just the adapter, but no dice). Now I have an expensive charger for my Zune and nothing else.

I guess you get what you pay for.

1 out of 5 stars Zune Docking Station   August 24, 2010

Amazon recommended this when I purchased my Zune HD player. However, this product is not compatable with the Zune HD player. You must purchase the IM414v2.

2 out of 5 stars Zune player function does not work   August 17, 2010
KatyQ156
I do not recommend this product. The Zune player function stopped picking up the Zune shortly after I got it. All its good for anymore is FM radio, and I have to find somewhere to hang an antenna for that to work properly. The tiny remote is a nice feature; I don't have to lean across my desk to turn down the volume or change the station.

2 out of 5 stars very poor engineering ...   June 14, 2010

Unit sounds great ,small in size , decent reception , poor engineering on the set up to play features . That engineering staff should be looking for other work now !

4 out of 5 stars Good Buy   April 19, 2010

I feel I got a good buy on the audio system. I came with no owner's manual so I had to go online. I still am having trouble getting my Zune to work, I guess I'll have to keep playing with it.
